We are also buying quality modern and vintage fly reels such as Abel, Ari T. Hart, Hardy, Peerless, Fin Nor, Bogdan, Bellinger, Saracione, Vom Hofe, Zwarg, A. L. Walker, Talbot, Leonard Mills, Winston Perfect, Robichaud,  etc.

Rick's Rods, owner of the Phillipson® Rod Company, is the world's source for original Phillipson® "Made in USA" fiberglass rod blanks and components manufactured from the late 1940's through 1974. We own the Phillipson trademarks for the United States and Japan.

We meticulously craft rods according to Phillipson catalog specifications utilizing authentic components. We also offer Phillipson fiberglass rod building kits.

We are accepting indications of interest for new old stock Phillipson Peerless 2/2 7' and 7'6" rods.  As time permits, these rods will be assembled from new old stock blanks and components. There is a small quantity available. Price $1,500 including certificate of authenticity.

We repair and refinish bamboo and fiberglass rods.  Customer satisfaction is our primary objective.
