How to Order from Rick’s Rods:

Credit and Debit Card Payments Domestic:

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover.  Please provide your credit card number, expiration date, 3 digit security code on the back of the card and the billing address (if different from shipping address) for your credit or debit card. This information is required for keyed transactions.

Credit and Debit Card Payments International:

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover.   A 4% handling fee will be charged on non US issued credit or debit cards.  Please provide your card number, expiration date, 3 digit security code on the back of the card and the billing address (if different from shipping address) for your credit or debit card. This information is required for keyed transactions.

Paypal:

We have been taking credit cards in our business since 1997.  Because of this, we do not take Paypal.

Protecting your credit card information:

Once you have given us your credit card information, we destroy it immediately.  We delete email messages from our computer or if you FAX it, we shred it.  If you call it in, we enter the information into your credit card processing machine and do not have a record of it. 

Other Forms of Payment:

Personal checks, Bank Wire transfers and money orders are acceptable.

E-mail Order – Most of the items on our web site have inventory numbers assigned. Please indicate the item name and number when ordering.   Email your credit card information in two separate email messages and split the numbers to ensure secure ordering. info@ricksrods.com

Colorado residents pay 3% sales tax.

Shipping Information - When ordering, provide your name, mailing address with zip code and telephone number in order to calculate shipping.  For FedEx shipments, tell us if your shipping address is a residence or business. We usually ship via the United States Priority Service and include delivery confirmation. Insurance is extra.

We ship immediately when you pay by credit card or money order.  We hold items for 4 business days for check orders.

Inspection period – We offer a three  (3) day inspection on most purchases and guarantee that items are as described and photographed    If you decide to return the merchandise, shipping is non-refundable.  The item (s) must be returned in the same condition as sent.  We appreciate a follow -up email or phone call telling us if you are satisfied with your item (s) purchased.

Inspection period exceptions:  Due to the fragility of the plastic or paper on  vintage bamboo rod grips, these rods are not returnable and are not subject to our 3 day inspection period. Vintage reels new in box and factory sealed are not returnable if un-wrapped.

Hours - We are usually in the shop Monday through Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday 11:00 to 5:00 p.m., Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Call ahead to make sure we will be in the shop. We are also available by appointment
