6'6", 2/2 Weighing 2 1/8 oz., for a 4 weight line. Serial number 3786, crafted in 1970.  Carbide stripper guide, wrapped in brown thread with gold trim. Half wells cork grip, down-sliding aluminum cap and ring reel seat with cork insert. Includes original cloth bag and aluminum tube. The rod is in good condition. With the following exceptions: there are some varnish chips in the finish, one of the tips has an external sleeve repair between the 1st and 2nd guide below the tip top, and a varnish sag between the bottom guide and the next one up and a discoloration above the ferrule wrap. On the second tip the serial number is inscribed under the bottom guide rather than between the guide and ferrule wrap.
