7'6", 3/2 Elite model.  One tip is a 4 weight, the other is a 5. Cigar cork grip with cork insert reel seat and down-locking anodized Phillipson hardware. Pacific green nylon thread wraps with gold trim. Phillipson and Wright and McGill nickel silver ferrules sizes 10 and 15. The butt and one of the tips are Wright and McGill WaterSeal impregnated and varnished. The mid is Phillipson and the tip appears to be Wright & McGill.  Includes bag and tube. The Van Meter Rod Company was one of the companies which bought Fred DeBell's shop and rod fabrication equipment. Fred had sold and re-purchased his shop several times from people who were aspiring rod builders. He eventually sold it to Bob and Betty Malara in 1977. The rod appears to have never been fished. sold
