BF115 Heddon, 8'6", 3/2 This rod was crafted by Heddon and sold at Kirtland Brothers Sporting Goods in New York City with the Kirtland name inscribed on the butt section. The wraps are black with red tipping. It has an agate stripper guide, nickel silver ferrules, cigar grip, down-locking plastic reel seat with sliding rings. The patent date on the reel seat dates to 1927.The rod itself dates to c 1937.. Included is a cloth bag and replacement aluminum tube. The condition is very good plus.
