Although the wraps are intact, the varnish is chipped, pealing and missing on several flats. There is a flat missing from one of the tips between the tip top and the top guide, which can be repaired by splicing a piece in or scarfing the tip. The up-locking reel seat has a dent which can be pushed out. Replacement cloth bag. The blanks could be scraped between wraps and re-varnished. This is the third highest grade of Wright & McGill, below the Registered and Premier.
