BF377 Payne  6', 2/2  Bait casting rod. This rod has agate guides and tip tops wrapped in traditional Payne brown silk with gold tipping. Blued nickel silver ferrules and guide frames. Ferrule plug. The reel seat has a walnut insert with downlocking reel seat with aluminum hardware, nickel silver hood and butt cap. We believe this rod was crafted in the late 1960's. Includes original wooden shipping box, labeled aluminum tube and cloth bag (missing hang tag). This rod is in mint condition (probably un-fished).
