BF623 Abercrombie & Fitch  8'6", 3/2 and 6'3", 2/2 Phillipson Dry Fly Special Impregnated #61 rod crafted for A&F. Weighing 5.4 oz., and mid and tip with auxiliary handle weigh 2.6 oz. Line weight 6-7. This rod was crafted in the late 1960's or early 1970's. Ferrule sizes 12 and 18. The Perfection hard chrome snakes and Perfection stripping guide are wrapped with Nymo Henna nylon thread with yellow spiral. The reel seat is bronze anodized aluminum down-locking. The mid tip and auxiliary handle measure 6'3". Included are an original cloth bag and labeled aluminum tube. The condition is excellent with the exception of minor butt cap scratching and small cork chip on auxiliary handle. Although the mid to tip ferrules fit snuggly, they do not pop.
