R839 – Orvis  Vortex 9/10 (for line weights 8-11) gold anodized large arbor big game fly reel. The reel weighs 12.9 oz., and is 4" in diameter. Machined from aerospace grade solid bar stock aluminum. This direct drive reel holds up to 200 yards of 30 lb. Dacron backing and WF8. The bearing system is sealed to keep out dirt and corrosion. The drag surface is larger than any other big game reel on the market. The reel takes in 12 inches of line per handle revolution. Excellent condition.
