4'4", 2/1 Banty 44.  2 piece bamboo fly rod. Line weight 3/4. Weighs 1 oz. Down sliding cap and ring over cork insert reel seat. Orvis impregnated rod. Serial number 31245. Nickel silver ferrule size 10. Includes cloth bag and green plastic tube. Most of the Banty rods that Orvis built were made for Abercrombie and Fitch, however, this is clearly labeled Orvis impregnated Banty. Very good condition.   Pair with R2774 Hardy Flyweight reel.
