8', 2/2 Serial number 7294. Model 856. This rod will cast a 5/6 wt. line. The blanks are darkly flamed cane with blued nickel silver ferrules size 15. Half wells cork grip. Downlocking wood insert reel seat.  Mildrum carbide stripping guide.  The guides are wrapped with chestnut colored thread tipped in black. Includes labeled original bag with ferrule plug and labeled brass capped tube. Ferrule plug is attached to the bag. Missing hookkeeper. Very good condition. Original owner's name inscribed on a flat.
