8', 2/3 Boat Rod. No. 2267. Crafted by Paul Young May 1957. HCH 6 line weight. Weighing 4 1/2 oz. Blued nickel silver ferrules. Brown thread wraps. Torpedo cork grip. It looks as if the grip was sanded to remove most of the thumb detent. Down-locking black anodized aluminum hardware with cork insert reel seat. Both original tips are 2 1/2 inches short. The full length replacement tip was probably crafted by Bob Summers. The rod has been refinished with barely legible original scripting on the butt. Includes original bag and tube. Very good condition with noted exceptions.
