Ferrule plugs. Original cloth bag and Hardy tube. The cane is sound, however, the finish has alligatored due to being kept in the tube in a humid climate. Polish may smooth out the roughness. Judging from the lack of scratching on the hardware, this rod may have been lightly fished. sold
