5'6", 2/2 Model 94. Rare, possibly one of very few 5'6" Jim Payne rods ever built. This delicate little rod weighs 2 1/8 oz. There is a light and medium tip for a 3/4 line weight. The wraps are brown silk tipped with gold. Small cigar grip with down sliding cap and ring over cedar insert reel seat. Blued nickel silver size 10 ferrules. Butt cap stamped "Payne" on one side and "Made for Abercrombie and Fitch" on the other. Includes a Marty Keane replacement bag with hang tag and leather tube over brass capped aluminum tube. This rod is in excellent condition.
